ABOUT KCI
Key Change Institute (KCI) is an ambitious innovative research and consulting business that provides solutions and systems that are turning organizational/team development and training business on its head.
KCI’s mission is to serve mid-size to large organizations by providing solutions and systems to change obstacles that could not be addressed in the past, giving organizations access to their full potential and achieving a much needed breakthrough in the success rates of change efforts.
Research shows that:
- 70% of M&As lose shareholder value (KPMG Global Survey, 2011)
- 68% of IT projects fail (Standish Group Report, 2009)
- Most training fades away within 6 weeks (John T. Wixted and Ebbe B. Ebbesen, 1991)
Additional study findings indicate that approximately 94% of business problems can be attributed to the operating procedures put in place and retained by people (Hans Norden, 17th Annual International Deming Research Seminar, 2011). Put all together, when people don’t make needed adjustments because they don’t want to or because they seem unable to, this lack of change costs businesses $1 trillion, perhaps as much as $3 trillion a year worldwide.
KCI is about:
Our main purpose is to give leaders access to a new, scientific-based system that will allow them to optimize business results and gain access to their team’s full potential.
