Reut is the founder of the 7-year old  San Diego-based Key Change Institute and the author of the new book (publish date 2/21/2012)  “The Art & Science of Changing People Who Don’t Want to Change: Giving Businesses Access to Their True Potential”  – a fascinating research about the systems in the brain related to lasting behavioral change. Reut explores how solutions can be designed that will influence people to make modifications that will guide the organization and/or team to achieve results.

With a BA in Psychology from Beer-Sheva University and an MBA in Business and Organizational Development from Tel-Aviv University. Reut’s expertise is “Changing people who struggle with change, or do not want to change.”  An experienced organizational change consultant with expertise in implicit neural learning and experience based learning (EBL), her forte is in designing and facilitating long term effective corporate and team change. The principles of her trademarked models were tested and applied for the last 12 years in international Fortune 500 corporations like Avaya, Intel, GSK, Nike and others from a rich variety of industries including healthcare, high tech, telecom, government, manufacturing and transportation  helping them to achieve effective long term desired results.

Reut started her career at the rank of a Lieutenant Commander working with elite training teams in the Israeli military. She was the first woman consultant to be offered a prestigious field position with a combat unit. For the last ten years, Reut specialized in neural based change, developing unique tools and solutions for lasting effective change in organizations.
